Support Services Manager

Hi, I'm Di,

Di is one of the driving forces behind our Administration team and has recently completed a stint in the Support Coordination team which has expanded her NDIS knowledge and multi-skilled capability even more.

Her versatility, organisation, and ability to adapt across multiple areas have made her an invaluable part of Smiley’s.

Living in Gin Gin with her family, Di brings a strong foundation in early childhood education and care. She has hands‑on experience working one‑on‑one with children living with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs, giving her a calm, capable, and deeply empathetic approach to support work.

Di has undertaken roles across many areas within Smiley’s — including Support Coordination — and consistently demonstrates reliability, initiative, and a willingness to step up wherever she’s needed.

She is also the Senior Agent in our Services Australia Team, where she goes above and beyond to assist every person who walks through our doors.

Superpower - Incredible with kids and given any situation, Di enters with an open mind and a willingness to learn. She's already shown the team she is an absolute powerhouse when things need to get done!

Beyond her work with us, Di volunteers her time with the All Abilities Rugby League in both Gin Gin and Bundaberg, demonstrating her commitment to inclusion, community, and supporting people of all abilities.

After a great time working in Support Coordination, I am back in the Gin Gin office with the Support Services Team.

Felecity brings generations of local knowledge to her role, proudly rooted in the Gin Gin community. Her deep connection to the region means she understands the people, the culture, and the heartbeat of the area like few others.

After making a powerful impact in Support Coordination —where her compassion and dedication uplifted countless lives—Felecity is now bringing that knowledge back to Support Services along with her sunny nature and insightful approach into helping participants grow, thrive, and reach their goals.

Her work is grounded in empathy, driven by purpose, and always focused on what matters most: people.

Superpower - Felecity is the Wonder Woman of the team because we all wonder how on earth she fits all that she does in her day! She has the biggest heart at Smiley's and in our Community and always goes over and beyond for each and every one of our clients. Her warm, approachable manner makes people feel appreciated, listened to and valued.

Hi Im McLynn!!

I am based in Sydney's West - and come with a vast experience in administration including Rio Tinto.

I love being active and always on the go as needed for I have 3 beautiful and energetic children, one of whom has been diagnosed with Autism, so I am living, breathing and working NDIS at the moment. The lived experience is invaluable.

I have seen first hand how Smileys goes above and beyond, and when they say they care - they mean it. I couldn't wait to jump onboard with such an impactful team to help make a difference!!

McLynn keeps our Support Team from our amazing Support Workers, Office Team, Support Coordinators, Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, Aged Care Officers, Home & Yard Maintenance Supports and Payroll running and organised.

Superpower - McLynn is able to stay on task, extremely thorough and is an organisation extraordinaire. She brings brilliant positivity to our team, a wicked sense of humour and she can see the silver lining in anything!!

We love her sass and work ethic - she fits snugly into our crazy team!
