Support Coordination &
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Hi! I'm Kerry. I am Smiley's Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching Manager.
I'm very proud of this Team. It's a close-knit welcoming group that share our passion to give our best to the people that we have been honoured to work with.
We all bring something different to the table and always collaborate to use all the skills and knowledge at our disposal to get the best results for our awesome Participants.
I joined the Smiley's Team because I value the Smiley's ethos and vision, energy and leadership, but mostly the compassion for their clients. I decided I wanted IN on this vision and although it's absolutely bonkers some days, I wouldn't change a thing!
My previous roles have been a Support Services Manager, a Plan Manager with NDIS and a/an LAC (Local Area Coordinator), but I'm also a mum of 8 kids, several of whom live with Autism, ADHD, Intellectual and Psychosocial Disability, so whilst I work this role, I also live it.
I continue to be awed at our growth this past year and still excited to see what this year brings us!
We actually don't advertise - all of our referrals are word of mouth - through our beloved clients or our local LAC's. We are known for our feistiness when it comes to supporting our clients, and I think of that as a positive. I love our Team.
What I love about Smiley's? So many things... possibly my favourite? "If the mountain will not come to Muhammad, then Muhammad must go to the mountain"....
We have brought in an awesome Occupational Therapist and now Physiotherapist coming into Gin GIn on a regular basis, into the Smiley's office to help our clients. We may have Speech Therapy & a Psychologist coming and have kicked off our SLES (School Leavers Employment Scheme - for those with 'Finding & Keeping a Job' in your NDIS Plan) and now Smiley's are moving into Aged Care!
We do this, so that our Smiley's clients can access much needed supports locally, instead of having the hefty price of travelling to the nearest 'big' town.
The Dream Team!

Kylie is our amazing boss, and multi-talented to boot! She recently attended the Kismet Disability Awards in Melbourne, where her Clients and Team nominated her for her constant, consistent and always over the call of duty effort! Kylie has a passion for her clients but also for studying further to benefit everyone she meets.
Kylie was placed in the TOP 4 Support Coordinators in Australia!!!
Kylie is a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Support Coordinator, but is also a qualified Counsellor.
Kylie is focusing this year on her Counselling and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. We are looking forward to what crazy antics she gets up to next! She certainly keeps us all guessing!
Superpower - Kylie can see the end result of how she can assist people before they've barely sat down. She retains an amazing amount of knowledge that she can pull out at the drop of a hat and always goes that step further for all of our Smiley's clients.

I’m Nikki!
I joined the Smiley’s Support Coordination team as a Support Coordinator, after realising the amazing work within the company in which they strive to achieve the best results in looking after our clients, which aligned with everything I’m looking for to be able to have a fulfilling, wonderful work life.
When I’m not working at Smiley’s, I am out on the cattle station we live on and manage in Bauhinia, Central QLD with the horses, cattle and our four children I have with my husband.
We love heading off as a family to the odd Campdraft when time permits on weekends or just having down time as a family. I love to garden and am currently trying to establish a bit of a sanctuary on the 10,000 acres I am based on!
Superpower - Nikki brings chaos into order...her organisational skills get the rest of us in line. She doesn't give up and makes everyone feel welcomed and valued, both the team and our wonderful clients too. Always goes over and above!

I’m Brooke!
Hey there! I’m a mum of four who enjoys the little adventures life brings.
I have a strong background working in Disability coming from NDIS as an LAC (Local Area Coordinator) and have worked in residential Youth Support. I have a passion for health and fitness and hold a certificate in fitness, my days are filled with a mix of activities—whether it’s tending to my garden, hiking some trails, or spending lazy weekends at the beach with my family. Life can get busy, but I love soaking up the sun and making memories with my family.
I am currently studying my Allied Health Cert IV to expand my knowledge to better support individuals to live their best life.
Superpower - Brooke brings amazing legislative NDIS understanding to Smiley's as well as a broad knowledge of our local and rural networks to better assist our clients. Her passion for helping those most vulnerable is very inspiring to see.

Hey there!
I'm Brooke too, but around here, I go by B2 since the OG Brooke snagged my name first!
I've been working as a Support Coordinator in the NDIS field since 2020, and I really enjoy making a difference in people's lives. I like to think of myself as a bit of a pit-bull when the situation calls for it! I thrive on challenges! I enjoy working on SIL applications, resolving issues related to NDIS support models, securing additional funding, and advocating for participants and their families.
I became a mum in 2022, and my family includes my husband, our little guy, and our super spoiled dog, Shredda. We just bought property in the Childers area, and we're absolutely loving it. Life has taken a great turn since moving here, and we couldn't be happier. We used to call Ipswich home, but there's no looking back now!
I really enjoy the work atmosphere at Smiley’s! Since I joined in February 2025, I feel like I’ve truly thrived here. If you need anything relating to Support Coordination, just let me know, I’ll be at Smiley’s!
Superpower - Brookie is the newest member of our SC Team, but she has hit the ground running and has already proven herself to be a fantastic fit to the Smiley's Team. She's an absolute whirlwind with a sunny personality and a true passion for this role.

So welcome everyone - always happy to have a chat to see how we can help you at Smiley's!
Hi there, I'm Claudia!
I have very recently joined the Smiley's team - I hail from Sydney! My previous experience has included being a Support Officer for a primary school working with kids with specials needs and behaviours. I have lived experience with siblings having Autism, ADHD and mental health prognosis which has given me great insight into this area.
I am a new mum and loving it (most days!)
I am super passionate about working with kids and the NDIS - there is so much to learn!
Superpower - Claudia is amazing at making people feel at home and included. She is also amazing at de-escalation and she feels her greatest superpower is being able to work without sleep (babies...you know!)..
