It has always been a dream of mine to bring disability services to our rural and remote communities, but there just wasn't anything available that I felt met good quality standards of care and support. It upset me that people who didn't live in the city missed out on so much.

I love what I do - I love what I am able to do! I love our Participants and their families. The Team I have put together get to know our people well because it's what makes them tick that helps us do our jobs better each and every day.

I feel so lucky to be able to give back to our Community and make a difference for the better. I have hands on experience myself as a Carer and worked professionally in Aged Care, Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and I am qualified Counsellor.

I’m also a mum of 5 children, 3 of whom live with varying disabilities, so I get it. We have our own family-run working cattle property and so I understand the needs of our rural community.

Our team also understand how hard it is to be a parent, family member or Carer of someone with super powers!
